Location: Cadaniño Ministry, Guatemala
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director Cadaniño and's leadership team at Cadaniño. This individual will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with office work, digital filing, and archiving of documents and photos.

Assist with compiling, editing, writing, and translating reports, documents, and articles about the Cadaniño Ministry.

Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, and taking detailed minutes.

Draft, research, and prepare comprehensive documentation: Responsible for conducting thorough research, compiling data, and drafting correspondence, reports, presentations, and other critical documents for review and presentation by the Executive Director.

Compile internal finance reports and liaise with Cadaniño's Guatemalan accountant.

Maintain a system for recording expenses and use of funds.
-
Provide support for Cadaniño coordinators in both locations.

Run errands with a personal vehicle.

Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive Director's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support.

Coordinate and oversee special projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.

Handle confidential information with integrity and sensitivity.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role.
-
Detail-oriented and able to learn quickly.
-
Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
-
Bi-Lingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
-
A high school degree is required, and additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary would be a plus.
-
A heart for Christian ministry and a desire to serve vulnerable children.
-
Ideally will live in Carretera Salvador, close to San Jose Pinula and have a vehicle for transportation.
Working Conditions:
-
Part-time with the ability to move to a full-time position.
-
The primary work location will be the Cadaniño Community Center in San Jose Pinula, with occasional time spent at the Cadaniño Community Center in Colonia Santa Fe, Zona 13, and sometimes working with the Executive Director at his home office.

Office environment in a faith-based non-profit setting.
